Permanent microchip identification included in the placement file.
Imaging
Hip and elbow radiographs or orthopedic evaluation, reported by dog and program stage, with final certifications documented as they are completed.

Embark genetic health testing included, alongside the veterinary exam, imaging, and full health disclosure.
